While I have written batch files to manage complex file retention operations, I have also shot and edited music videos for several indie bands. And, while I have gathered requirements and performed user acceptance testing of complex mission-critical CRM tools, I have also developed and delivered innovative, multi-modal training solutions to drive rapid adoption of those same critical systems.
